Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

The Colnago V5RS is an exceptionally lightweight, aerodynamic all-round race bike, combining low weight, stiffness, responsiveness and precise handling. Its ready-to-paint carbon frame weighs just 685g, while refined high-performance profiles deliver aerodynamic performance close to leading aero frames.

The V5RS features a narrow 250cm² frontal area, 13% smaller than its predecessor, helping reduce air resistance and save watts. A lighter, more precise fork and clearance for tyres up to 32mm provide responsive handling while allowing wider tyres for increased grip and control on uneven roads.

This complete build pairs the V5RS carbon frameset with Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 12-speed electronic shifting, hydraulic disc brakes and Vision SC45 i23 carbon wheels. The Colnago CC01 integrated bar and stem and V5RS carbon aero seatpost complete a streamlined race-focused package.

Warranty Information for Colnago:

Colnago Ernesto E C Srl guarantees its frames, if purchased from authorised Colnago dealers, free of production defects or materials for:

Three years from the date of purchase at retail if, within ten days of the purchase, it is registered on the site www.colnago.com.

Two years if it does not register within ten days of purchase or for warranty replacement products.

Two years for the E64 model from the retail purchase date.

A frame that is recognised as defective by Colnago Ernesto E C Srl in the terms of this warranty will be repaired or replaced, at the discretion of Colnago. In case of NON availability of the original product, the replacement will take place with a similar product of equivalent value. We remind you that the Colnago warranty covers any aesthetic and/or painting defects for 12 months (1 year).

Products of other companies, mounted on Colnago bicycles, are covered by the guarantees of the respective manufacturers, to which you are kindly requested.
